Where to buy in Marrakech

Amelkis Golf holds the large golf-front villas, inside a gated estate guarded around the clock: ASSIA, 700 m² with five bedrooms, and MANEL, 1,100 m² with five suites, both sold furnished.

Guéliz and Agdal are where the new apartment buildings are. Targa gives you the most square metres for the money, and Boulevard Mohamed VI is the address that rents out fastest.

On the Amizmiz and Ouarzazate roads, fifteen minutes from the centre, you are buying land and a view rather than a central address. That is where the new contemporary villas sit.

What to budget

A new apartment starts around 816,000 MAD in Targa and 900,000 MAD in Guéliz. A new contemporary villa starts at 3,590,000 MAD on the Peninsula development, and a turnkey villa at 4,950,000 MAD on the Casablanca road.
